Questionnaire/School Evaluation Form
•A questionnaire is sent home every month with students. It is also available online to be filled out anonymously.
•It will be available in each parents language.
•Helps parents understand that we want them to be involved and reflect upon their own involvement.
•Asks what they think of how everything is being done.
•The questionnaire is short, so it doesn't take up too much of the parents time.

Invite
•Parents are invited every week to come to the school and meet with other parents and the teachers over a cup of coffee after school for an hour. They can come when they are free.

Open Hour
•Invite parents to come to school informally once every week for a chat and coffee .
•This is made optional but parents are encouraged/ invited every week to come when they can after school on that day
•To socialise with parents and teachers.
•This would be done in relaxed room such as a library with children’s work in the room such as art work
•The teachers take it in turns to be there every week but have two teachers present every week.
•A Translator needs to be present for parents
•Before hand evaluation on school form is sent to parents in their own language with questions form one to five so answers don’t have to be translated but does have a comment box. Is short so doesn’t take that much time.
